Dear Claudette,

I have been asked by our committee to write to you to convey our thanks for the excellent performance you put on for us at our 50th anniversary celebrations at the Pike and Eel on the 15th October.

Of the 72 people at the event I would guess that at least 90% of them went out of their way to come and tell me how good they thought you were and I know that some had taken down your details for potential future bookings.

I think the acoustic set that you did during the dinner was superb and worked really well, people couldn't help but burst into applause at the end of each song in spite of having knives and forks in their hands.

Once the dinner and speeches were over and you upped the tempo you didn't have any problem getting people up to dance, the only problem was finding a space on the floor.

Everyone was extremely impressed with the quality of the performance of 'Mizmerise' and i would appreciate it if you could pass on our thanks to your partner also.

Thanks again Claudette, I hope it won't be too long before we see you again.
